Physiotherapists and fitness coaches know the importance of passive stretching in the conditioning and rehabilitation of sports injuries such as hamstring and calf muscle strains and sprains.  SIRA® works on several major muscle groups - these being the Achilles, calf muscles, hamstrings, thigh muscles and lower/upper back muscle groups known as the posterior muscle groups.

Until SIRA® it has been extremely difficult to achieve consistent passive stretching and impossible to accurately measure flexibility.
